Compensation:
- MLT: Starting at $23.25 per hour, with potential earnings up to $35.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

- Operate specialized equipment to conduct sample analysis and ensure test results are accurate and reliable.
- Work a 7 on, 7 off schedule with 12-hour shifts—ideal for those seeking a position in a close-knit, rural hospital environment.
- Uphold rigorous quality control standards by strictly following established procedures and protocols.
- Perform intricate testing on patient samples with exceptional scientific expertise and meticulous attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Certification from the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS).
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in a related discipline.
- Certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or American Medical Technologists (AMT).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
