Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of the estimating process, including conducting thorough analysis of drawings and specifications.
- Perform detailed project cost estimates by analyzing plans and specifications and performing quantity take-offs for select trades.
- Solicit sub-contractor pricing and bids for different trades in preparation of cost estimate and manage the subcontractor RFP process.
This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to make informed decisions and work effectively with the estimating team.
