Job Title : Artist Experience Guide Manager

Location : Wynwood, Miami, FL

Compensation : $15 per participant tips (up to 15 participants per session)

Job Overview :

Join one of Miami’s premier art and street art experiences in the heart of Wynwood! We are looking for an Artist Experience Guide Manager to lead engaging, hands-on painting sessions for visitors, including families, couples, and groups. Your role is to ensure a fun, safe, and organized experience while guiding participants in basic painting techniques, maintaining materials, and keeping the studio space secure and well-stocked.

This is a fun and rewarding opportunity for someone who loves art, teaching, and engaging with people in an energetic and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead one-hour painting sessions for groups (typically 4–15 participants per session).

Teach basic techniques using acrylic and spray paint while ensuring safe handling of materials.

Create a welcoming atmosphere—greet guests with a smile and ensure they have an enjoyable time.

Prevent material waste and ensure all supplies are used properly.

Organize and reset materials after each session for consistency and easy access by other artists and staff.

Set up (15 min) and break down (15 min) before and after each session.

Maintain a clean and secure workspace in compliance with building safety protocols.

Ensure participants follow safety guidelines for handling paint and materials.

Qualifications :

Passion for art and basic knowledge of painting techniques (acrylics, spray paint).

Experience in teaching, guiding, or working with groups is a plus.

Ability to create a positive and engaging atmosphere for participants of all ages.

Strong organizational skills to maintain workspace uniformity.

Reliable transportation to and from Wynwood.

Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude.

Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
