    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Manager (Social & Search) to join our dynamic, fast-paced boutique creative social and digital agency, supporting work for a leading health and technology client. This role is critical in planning and executing multi-channel paid media strategies across search platforms such as Google and Bing, and social platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and Pinterest. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving results through strategic planning, precise execution, and ongoing optimization of paid media campaigns.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop comprehensive media strategies tailored to client goals across search and social platforms.
    • Define audience and targeting strategies based on campaign objectives and available data.
    • Recommend budgets by channel and tactic, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
    • Set up accounts and campaigns within native platforms, ensuring adherence to best practices.
    • Create and manage ad units, ensuring creative aligns with audience and platform specifications.
    • Launch and manage media campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and Pinterest.
    • Monitor campaign performance against defined KPIs and objectives and implement ongoing optimizations to ensure campaigns meet or exceed performance targets.
    • Collaborate and share learnings with other media and creative teams to support cross-channel ideation and optimization.
    • Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
    • Qualifications

    • 4-5 years of experience in paid media management, with agency experience preferred.
    • Proficiency in native advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, X Ads Manager, and Pinterest Ads Manager.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data to make informed decisions.
    • Experience with audience targeting, bid strategies, and budget management.
    • Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated analytical skills.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding campaign objectives.
    • Salary Range

      Depending upon experience, salary range is between $80,000 - $100,000.
