Job Description

Under the supervision of the Director of Canvassing, the Canvassing Manager is responsible for managing the Canvassing team's performance in their efforts to generate interest and set appointments with homeowners in the local market. The Canvassing Manager is responsible for driving MLM's vision, culture and goals on a daily basis. The ideal candidate knows how to lead by example and is comfortable with both positive and negative performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee local and regional canvassing initiatives and activities
• Lead daily meetings to inform and motivate team
• Plan and direct the hiring and training of new canvassing representatives
• Track and analyze sales/marketing statistics based on key quantitative metrics
• Manage the team on a daily basis using a variety of techniques
  • weekly one on ones with team members
  • Ride-along and shadow in the field
  • acknowledgement and recognition
  • on the spot coaching
• Other duties as assigned and to change based on business needs
