Job Description Under the supervision of the Vice President of Sales, the Sales Manager is responsible for managing the Sales team's performance in their efforts to sign up new clients for exterior restoration projects. The Sales Manager is responsible for driving MLM's vision, culture and goals on a daily basis. The ideal candidate knows how to lead by example and is comfortable with both positive and negative performance management.
