A well-established, Regional Property Management Company (MLP,LLC) is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for the Edison at Madison, located in Madison, Alabama.
Some examples of the Maintenance Technician job duties include, but are not limited to :
- Maintain appearance and maintenance of the community
- Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance repairs in a timely and professional manner
- Timely completion of rent readies
- Execute preventative maintenance programs
- Maintain proper level of inventory and order maintenance supplies as needed
- Complete make readies in a detailed and timely manner
- Adhere to and comply with company safety policies and rules
Maintenance Technician qualifications :
This position is also eligible for lease renewal commissions plus benefits, including medical, dental. vision insurance, life insurance, sort-term and long-term disability insurance, and a 401K plan with company matching.
