What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Leasing Consultant position at MLP Management, LLC?
A well-established, Regional Property Management Company (MLP, LLC) is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to help at various apartment communities located in the Wentzville, Lake St. Louis, St. Peters, and Saint Louis area. The Leasing Consultant position works in conjunction with the on-site Property Manager to manage and maintain the day to day operations of the apartment community.
Some examples of essential duties and responsibilities of the Leasing Consultant include but are not limited to:
- Answer telephones and internet leads
- Showcase the property and convert prospects to qualified residents
- Record traffic and maintain accurate records and reporting
- Develop and execute outreach and marketing plans
- Maintain and update marketing information and provide recommendations as appropriate
- Process all paperwork to convert applications to new residents.
- Assist with day to day operations
- Weekends required
Qualifications of the Leasing Consultant:
- 2 years sales or marketing experience
- Previous Multi-Family Leasing experience preferred
- Ability to provide amazing customer service, is detailed oriented, and high energy
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Must possess the ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external customers
