What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at MLP Management LLC?
A well-established, Regional Property Management Company (MLP,LLC) is seeking a Full-Time Floating Maintenance Technician for Aventura at Mid Rivers and Aventura at Richmond Apartments.
The Maintenance Technician works in conjunction with the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain the day-to-day operations of the community in accordance with established MLP standards. The primary goal is to provide quality housing for all MLP residents and achieve the owner’s financial objectives.
Some examples of the Maintenance Technician job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain appearance and maintenance of the community
- Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance repairs in a timely and professional manner
- Timely completion of rent readies
- Execute preventative maintenance programs
- Maintain proper level of inventory and order maintenance supplies as needed
- Adhere to and comply with company safety policies and rules
Maintenance Technician qualifications:
- Prior apartment maintenance experience is required
- EPA Certification and CPO Certification is preferred
- Prior make-ready and apartment painting experience preferred
- Current and valid driver's license along with current auto insurance is also required
The schedule for this position is Monday- Friday, 7:30am- 4:00pm. On-call rotation for after hours calls is also required.
