MLR is looking for an experienced Lead Microbiologist to oversee the daily operations of our microbiology lab. In this full-time leadership position, you will manage staff and resources, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. You will lead a team of microbiologists, streamline lab workflows, and guarantee accurate, high-quality test results to improve overall laboratory performance.
