We are looking for a Client Representative to join our team and act as the main point of contact between our company and clients. In this role, you will ensure client satisfaction, build strong relationships, and provide exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for addressing client needs, resolving issues, and ensuring our services meet or exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing product/service information, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing consistent and excellent service.
Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
Collect client feedback and relay insights to relevant departments to help improve our offerings and services.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Work with other teams (sales, marketing, etc.) to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered effectively.
Follow up with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and to identify new opportunities for further engagement.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Excellent ability to identify issues and come up with solutions quickly.
Prior experience in customer service or client relations is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
Ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain a professional image and demeanor when interacting with clients.
