Key Responsibilities:
As an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you will support the event marketing team in various aspects of event coordination and execution. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Event Planning & Coordination: Assist with the preparation, planning, and coordination of events, ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish.
- Logistics Support: Help with the setup, breakdown, and management of event materials, ensuring everything is organized and ready for execution.
- Client and Vendor Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and event partners, ensuring clear communication and coordination leading up to and during events.
- On-Site Event Assistance: Provide hands-on support during events by helping with guest services, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring attendees have a positive experience.
- Promotional Materials: Assist with creating, distributing, and managing event marketing materials, ensuring they align with brand objectives.
- Feedback & Insights: Collect post-event feedback from clients and attendees, and assist with event evaluation to help improve future events.
