We are HIRING enthusiastic, fun, and positive people to join our
Texas team as Guest Port Services Agents, assisting with the
cruise passengers' check-in process at the Port of Galveston. We are hiring for positions working with our client Princess Cruises!
Who are we? MLSBCC provides shoreside services for cruise ships in the USA.

Working Dates:
Mandatory Training Session - October 25-26, 2024. Must be able to attend one of these dates.

Sunday, November 10th | Sunday, December 29th | Sunday, February 23rd |

Requirements:
- Must be able to work with computers, laptops and various electronic devices.
- Must be professionally groomed with a passion for providing high-level customer service with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
- Able to work all sailing dates for the season.
- Fluent in speaking, reading and writing in the English language.
- All applicants must pass a background screening and drug test.
- All positions are standing positions - all employees must be able to stand and/or walk for long period of time during an entire shift.
- Able to take direction well, adjust to fast-paced and ever changing environment.
- Ability to work outdoors in potentially uncomfortable weather conditions and/or in crowded spaces.
