What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Manager position at Mlt Systems?
At MLT, we create solutions by empowering our people to fulfill their passion for service. We are seeking an Inventory Manager to provide support to a Government customer in Camp Lejeune.
Under limited supervision, perform the following tasks daily to include, but not limited to :
- Liaise with Government personnel to oversee the management of inventory and warehousing operations of reparables and consumables across 3 locations
- Manage the inventory and issuance of parts
- Manage divestiture / disposal of parts per Government direction
- Gather, cleanse, and analyze complex data to monitor supply trends, conduct analysis, statistical demand forecasting, inventory optimization, sparing analysis, and logistics simulations and provide report
Education / Experience :
A Bachelor’s degree bachelor’s degree with 4 years of Supply Chain Management experience in performing tasks under Marine Corps MOS 3010, Ground Supply Operations Officer, MOS 3043 Supply Chain / Materiel Management Specialist, or MOS 3051, Inventory Management Specialist. Must have at least ten (10) years of specialized experience in or any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience in management of warehousing / inventory operations.
