At MLT, we create solutions by empowering our people to fulfill their passion for service. In support of 1st Medical Logistics Company, we are seeking a Supply Analyst/Program Manager with experience in supporting warehousing operations and data analytics.

The specific requirements and tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:

Provides management and analytical support by performing the following tasks on a daily basis to include:

  • Shall supervise subordinate CLS personnel, and communicate with 1st MEDLOGCO Contracting Officer Representative (COR) of statuses on completed/ongoing operations and planned absences of CLS personnel, ;
  • Assist Block Management Team (BMT) in the assembly of AMALs, ADALs, and medical kits using the government provided standard configurations and quantities required in case of the absence of a BMT member;
  • Conduct causative & catalog research for discrepancies or shortfalls identified during the inventory and assembly of AMALs & ADALs for the CLS BMT;
  • Pull designated DMLSS reports for daily TagUp upload;
  • Monitor any changes with data sets within the TagUp dashboard/reports (i.e. AMAL & ADAL readiness percentages, inventory balances/allowances, and or discrepancies with the program) and report any major findings to 1st MEDLOGCO Leadership;
  • Pull Assemblage reports (i.e. LIMFAC, Mass Update, or Assemblage Status Reports) and analyze inventory balances compared to allowances and provide 1st MEDLOGCO Leadership with any findings;
  • Conduct training with MEDLOGCO on TagUp, DMLSS, Inventory Management, and block management ranging from daily to weekly;
  • Manage subordinate CLS personnel projects & work schedules;
  • Attend 1st MEDLOGCO weekly meetings & brief status of CLS personnel projects and results (i.e. project schedules, changes in AMAL/ADAL readiness, and any shortfalls identified during those ongoing or completed projects)

Education/Experience: 

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • One - four (1-4) years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Warehouse operations to include but not limited to:
  • Pulling DMLSS or BCS reports
  • Solving complex Inventory bottlenecks & shortfalls
  • Analyzing full life cycle logistic data sets to identify trends, shortfalls, and readiness.
  • Conducting Inventory adjustments within Supply Chain Programs (Military Supply Programs such as GCSS-MC or DMLSS are a plus)
  • Experience with working and solving complex Supply Chain Management & Inventory Management projects.
  • Experience in team management to include managing team projects and time schedules.

Specific/Preferred Requirements: 

  • Supply administration Chief (Asset/Operations/Warehouse Management) with a minimum of five years’ experience.
  • Data analysis experience. Experience building analytical tools (such as dashboards or reports) using Excel or other statistical computer programs to clean, organize, and analyze data.
  • Process improvement certification, e.g., lean six sigma.
  • Well versed in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Cleared for Common Access Card.
  • Ideal, but not required, to have previous experience with DMLSS.
  • Prefer experience with utilizing Microsoft Suite products for building or managing Power Points, Operational Trackers, and analytical tools.
  • Preferred familiarization with the following applicable federal logistics websites and tools to include, but not limited to:
    • Tagup
    • Medical Master Catalog (MMC)
    • Medical Contingency Requirements Workflow (MCRW)
    • Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) System
    • Business Intelligence Common Service(BCS)
    • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to obtain a license to operate motor forklifts with up to 10,000 pounds lift capacity

The noise level in the work environment may be high when operating power equipment. The employee may be required to work in restricted spaces and/or under difficult lighting and access conditions and may be exposed to outside weather conditions when transporting materials. The employee will be required to properly apply such safety equipment as is appropriate to the work to prevent injury to self or others.
