Duties
- Prepare surfaces for spraying by cleaning, sanding, or priming as necessary.
- Operate spray equipment and tools to apply coatings evenly and efficiently.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand project specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to move materials and equipment safely.
- Fabricate components as required for specific projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly.
