To strengthen our motivated Flexo Printing Team at our plant in Indianapolis, IN we are looking for a passionate Flexo Press Operator.
Your Role
You will find talents in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues during the printing process, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
You will support high-quality production by setting up and operating flexographic printing presses, adjusting ink, pressure, and speed settings for optimal output.
You are ambitious in maintaining print accuracy by consistently monitoring color consistency, registration alignment, and overall product integrity, making necessary adjustments as needed.
You will contribute to equipment reliability by performing routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspections, while promptly reporting any mechanical concerns.
You are committed to a safe and efficient work environment by strictly adhering to safety protocols, using required personal protective equipment, and following operational guidelines.
Your Profile
- You have a high school diploma (technical training in printing or related field preferred)
- You have already gained a minimum 3 years of experience operating flexographic printing presses or similar equipment.
- You have a strong understanding of printing quality standards and troubleshooting techniques, paired with an excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
