Job Summary
- These candidates must have a working knowledge of Pharmaceutical Research/Development systems and a documented background in LIMS, ELN, High Throughput (assays), experience “on the bench,” or similar.
- Location is important as well, the candidate should be based in PA or in NJ close to PA, as this is a hybrid position requiring attendance at the office three times a week.
- Experience with J&J SDLC and J&J Standards are required.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with architectural solutions and business objectives.
- Lead the product development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize backlog, and balance the value of the product with technical feasibility.
- Establish and maintain a clear communication channel between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Advocate for the product vision and strategy, championing innovative solutions and pushing back on technical constraints when necessary.
- Develop and implement frameworks and processes for efficient product deployment and lifecycle management.
- Take proactive measures to manage risks, issues, and changes effectively, ensuring project delivery remains on track.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the project team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
