The Customer Marketing & Success team is part of the larger Customer & Program Marketing team, which also includes program, digital and content marketing. This role will be focused on copywriting related to customer onboarding, community awareness and ongoing customer success. The copywriter will follow brand guidelines and ensure that complex concepts are explained in an easy-to-understand, customer-friendly way. The team is responsible in part for ensuring customers are provided with the relevant, timely information they need to be successful as a customer.
