- Point-of-Contact for Issue Reporting and Resolution:
- Serve as the main contact for end-users and other stakeholders during the roll-out.

- Problem Troubleshooting:
- Have the technical knowledge and skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues with Microsoft Defender Application Control.

- Tools, Training, and Procedures:
- Utilize the tools, training, and procedures provided by SJI (the organization or vendor overseeing the roll-out) to handle any challenges that arise.

- Ensure that you are well-versed in the tools provided for WDAC deployment, including deployment scripts, dashboards, or any automated deployment systems.
- User Impact Minimization:
- Proactively plan and execute strategies to minimize the impact of the roll-out on users, ensuring that their machines remain operational throughout the deployment.
- Work with other departments, such as IT or support teams, to communicate roll-out schedules and provide instructions to users.
- Reporting:
- Regularly update key stakeholders on the progress of the deployment, including status reports, issues encountered, and resolutions implemented.
- Provide detailed documentation of the roll-out process, including troubleshooting steps and best practices learned during deployment.
- Technical Proficiency in WDAC: Must have hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender Application Control, including its configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
