Position: Analyst - Clinical Applications: III (Senior)

Location: Remote- contractor must live (NV, WY, OK, LA, MS, AL, GA, FL, SC, NC, VA, IN, MI)

Duration: 3 or 6 month contract to hire

Interview process: Phone screen (15 min) 1st round with Rachel then 2nd (30 min) round virtual with the team. Start interviewing next week.

Job Description:

• Must haves: 3 years' experience

• Certs: 3-5 years' experience in Beacon and Research EPIC Certs
• Candidates must have 3-5 years' experience in EPIC & also have Certifications in EPIC Beacon and EPIC Research (must have both certifications)
• Candidates MUST be located in one of the following states (NV, WY, OK, LA, MS, AL, GA, FL, SC, NC, VA, IN, MI)

Responsibilities:

• Encora experience is a plus, background in research or oncology is a plus but not necessary.
• Needs someone who can hit the ground running with build skills.
• Build oncology treatment plans, order sets, smart forms, treatment plans, therapy plans.
• Responsible for connection between CTMS and Dimensions (EPIC).
• Interface trouble shooting. RSH record build.
• Build BPA and OPAs. Follow RPE for interface work.

Description

• Provides problem solving and implementation skills, and/or as a team member to implement, upgrade and support complex application systems.
• Ensures that all systems are fully tested before implementation into production.
• Documents and describes complex processes and procedures relating to current and future systems environments.
• Trains and educates users on system functionality and capability.
• Provides mentoring and training in the areas of system analysis & design, specification development and documentation, end user training and client methodologies.
• Provides 24x7 application support on rotation as needed.
• Years Experience: 5-10.
• Experience: Relies on extensive experience to plan and accomplish tasks. Leadership/Contributions:
• Leads and directs the work of others.
