Position : ServiceNow Software Architect
Location : Columbia SC (Hybrid 50% Training is 23 weeks and fully onsite)
Duration : 12 month Contract to Hire
Job Description :
- Create maintain and enhance forms workflows cloud integration and thirdparty integrations to the ServiceNow platform. Including automation and / or additional selfservice features and functions.
- Incorporate ServiceNow capabilities to create a unified framework for multicloud resource provisioning and governance.
- Utilize ServiceNow toolset to enhance workflow for process automation.
- Support the overall incident problem change management asset management project management and security processes as needed.
- Onboard additional departments and expansion of IT SelfService Portal functionality.
- Monitor the overall platform health to proactively identify possible areas of concern establish and perform regular maintenance tasks.
- Work with end users to investigate troubleshoot and resolve issues.
