Job Description
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications for the Department
- Maintain files enter time payroll and PTO and perform word processing and data entry
- Prepare and enter purchase orders for materials and supplies create receipts code invoices and track backorders
- Assist Meter Measurement administration functions : purchases scheduling meter changes Maximo reports BPU reporting and meter maintenance functions
- Gate Stations permitting utility billing and outside services coordination (i.e. landscape maintenance security maintenance)
- Coordinating regulatory and emergency response training
- Equipment calibration coordination and reports tracking
