Job Title : Utility Operations Administrative Coordinator

Duration : 6 months to hire

Rate : $24 on W2

Location : Elizabeth NJ 07206

Interview will be onsite only

Job Description

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications for the Department
  • Maintain files enter time payroll and PTO and perform word processing and data entry
  • Prepare and enter purchase orders for materials and supplies create receipts code invoices and track backorders
  • Assist Meter Measurement administration functions : purchases scheduling meter changes Maximo reports BPU reporting and meter maintenance functions
  • Gate Stations permitting utility billing and outside services coordination (i.e. landscape maintenance security maintenance)
  • Coordinating regulatory and emergency response training
  • Equipment calibration coordination and reports tracking
