You must live in the state of MD. This position requires the use of your own computer which must be an i5 or higher. You must also have high speed internet. You will be required to send this information to Recruiter. You must have call center experience.

You will be required to pass a State Policy Exam with 80% or higher.
Job Description
The Customer Support Center (CSC) at the Maryland Health Connection (MHC) will provide information and assistance for individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers seeking information, enrollment assistance, and other services related to the MHC. The CSC assists individuals regarding eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid, and services applications and enrollments for Qualified Health Plans on the Exchange. The CSC will utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other State systems to perform all tasks and duties for HIX customers to ensure delivery of high-quality service for all Maryland consumers.
