90% remote role, occasional visits to the office as required

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Contract Management Lead to join our Legal and Commercial Services team. This role is instrumental in delivering innovative legal and commercial solutions that maximize value for all stakeholders. As a trusted advisor, you will work alongside Client sales and delivery teams throughout the entire contract lifecycle, providing expert guidance on negotiation, drafting, and ongoing contract management. Your contributions will drive sales growth, revenue protection, margin improvement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support contract management teams across multiple projects and accounts.
- Collaborate with account leadership and client stakeholders to align contract management strategies with client needs, priorities, and business objectives.
- Provide input into performance management activities for contract management staff across accounts.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve commercial and contract risks and issues, ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties.
- Participate in pre-award sales activities, engaging with delivery and sales teams to shape deals and draft contracts aligned with business goals.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with client counterparts through a client-facing approach.
- Support compliance with contractual obligations and internal Client policies, ensuring all contracts are managed effectively throughout their lifecycle.
- Demonstrate inclusion and respect for diversity, recognizing and leveraging strengths from varied perspectives, experiences, and cultural backgrounds.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in contract management.
- Certifications:
- Membership in the International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM) or National Contract Management Association (NCMA) is a plus.
- Professional certifications are highly valued.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of legal, business, and commercial risks.
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams and global locations.
- Leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to influence executives and non-executives alike.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
