Job description
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and gathering feedback to enhance the customer experience..
Responsibilities:
· Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
· Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
· Handle customer feedback and concerns with confidence, empathy, and composure.
· Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Proactively identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications/ Skills:
· Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to remain calm and composed when addressing customer concerns.
· Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to meet customer needs.
Education/ Experience:
· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
· 6months – 1year customer service OR call center experience
