Job Description : Software Engineering - Technology Platform Engineer
Role Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Technology Platform Engineer to join our team and oversee the administration and performance of chatbots within the Kore.AI platform. This role involves deploying, configuring, and monitoring chatbot workflows, task automation, and integrations with source control and CI / CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, generative AI, and virtual agent platforms.

- Start Date : 01 / 31 / 2025
- End Date : 12 / 21 / 2025 (high possibility of extension)
- Location : Hartford (Remote position)
- Industry Experience : Healthcare preferred but not mandatory
- Education Requirement : Bachelor's degree
