Treasury Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Operations professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing global treasury functions within a multinational organization. This role will involve overseeing a range of global treasury activities including cash management, trade finance, insurance and risk management, foreign exchange, relationship management, and other ad-hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Treasury Operations

• Manage short-term borrowings and investments.
• Execute foreign exchange transactions.
• Prepare and maintain a 13-week rolling cash forecast.
• Implement and manage pooling/account structures.
• Develop funding and repatriation strategies.
• Negotiate and implement banking products and services.
• Oversee bank account administration.
• Review and implement policies and procedures, including SOX controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive automation and improve financial processes.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support performance management and succession planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and controls.
• Identify opportunities to add value and drive process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA, CPA, CTP, or CFA designation is a plus.
• Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in treasury operations or related fields.
