Customer Service Representative
Location: Onsite
Duration: 2–4 weeks
Rate: $18–$20/hr.

- Greet and assist customers and prospective customers promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Manage incoming phone calls, walk-in inquiries, and written correspondence, directing matters to the appropriate department.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors.
- Handle receivables, payables, data entry in the accounting system, and maintain various spreadsheets.
- Reconcile month-end statements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective multitasking and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls and emails daily.
- Attention to detail and patience in customer interactions.
Salary : $18 - $20
