Position Details : Pay Rate : $15.00 - $16.50 / hour (10% differential after 6 PM)Shift B : 3 : 30 PM - 12 : 00 AM CTLocation : Jefferson City, MO Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Process both incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.Maintain an updated knowledge of project and corporate policies.Receive, sort, and open mail for processing.Prepare mail, including applications, returned mail, and verification documents, for scanning.Print documents for outbound mailing, prep, and scan as needed.Create batches and use appropriate separator sheets to transition to document scanning.Operate mailroom equipment such as letter openers, sorters, shredders, postage meters, and imaging / scanning equipment.Ensure all mailroom and scanning equipment is well-maintained and report any issues promptly to the Operations Manager.
