Insert Operator - 3rd Shift

Job Title : Insert OperatorPay Rate : $19 / hrSchedule : 11 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AMLocation : 70 Broadway, Lynnfield, MA 01940Position Overview : The Conduent Insert Operator plays a crucial role in maintaining production efficiency and ensuring high-quality standards on inserting machines. This position involves operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining various machines, while adhering to safety and quality guidelines. Operators are also responsible for organizing tasks, ensuring a smooth workflow, and meeting production : -Machine Operation & Maintenance : -Operate inserting machines efficiently at acceptable speeds while maintaining high-quality standards.-Address and clear machine jams to minimize downtime.-Perform minor preventative maintenance and adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance.-Workflow & Organization : -Organize tasks and resources to complete jobs within deadlines, following departmental procedures.-Ensure the area is organized, and inventory is adequately stocked to minimize time between jobs.-Set up machines properly to ensure the correct processing of documents.-Monitor and ensure the run time is appropriate for each mail run.-Keep the machine and surrounding area clean and orderly.-Communication & Collaboration : -Communicate job status, potential issues, and necessary updates to leads, technicians, and supervisors clearly and concisely.-Balance and reconcile jobs to ensure production targets are met.-Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, both for Conduent and its clients.
