Job Posting : Network Security Engineer 2Location : Onsite - Bay City, Texas 77414 Job Summary : The candidate performs systems administration work under moderate supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment, supporting approximately 250 users and 250 endpoints and servers. County infrastructure, services, and applications primarily consist of onsite or on-premises solutions. Key Responsibilities : Perform troubleshooting support of systems hardware, software, and networking issues.Implement, maintain, and refine Active Directory and Group Policies.Develop and maintain secure remote access and management solutions for county staff and vendors.Implement effective logging and log management solutions.Develop an access control list and implement network access control.Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) or similar solutions to set up, configure, and manage a workstation imaging system / solution.Install, configure, maintain, and administer servers, operating systems, and applications.Support operational, technical, and system requirements for the location, installation, operation, and maintenance of servers.Perform related work as assigned.
