Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic I - 3rd Shift, Clackamas Plant 📍 Location : Clackamas, OR 📆 Duration : 4 month assignment with potential for extension and / or Temp-to-hire 💰 Hourly Pay : $31.97 / hr. 🕒 Shifts Available : 3rd Shift (Graveyard) : 10 : 00 PM - 6 : 30 AM (5 days / week, 8-hour shifts)🚨 Weekend shifts and overtime may be required 🔧 Join Our Maintenance Team! Are you a mechanically inclined problem-solver looking for an opportunity to grow within a unionized manufacturing environment? We're seeking 5 Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanics I to keep our dairy plant running smoothly and efficiently! What You'll Do :

• Maintain and repair conveyors, compressors, chillers, PLCs, and robotic systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure maximum equipment efficiency.
• Read blueprints, schematics, electrical diagrams, and repair manuals to troubleshoot machinery.
• Perform welding (mild and stainless steel), fabrication, and machine shop repairs.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, Global Food Safety practices, and Lockout / Tagout procedures.
• Maintain logs, complete work orders, and coordinate with vendors / contractors as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production performance.
