Position Details : Hourly Rate : $17.00
Shift Differential :
- 1.50 / hr (Monday - Sunday, 6 PM - 6 AM)
- 1.00 / hr (Saturday & Sunday, 6 AM - 6 PM)
Training :
What You'll Do :
Answer inbound calls, assess caller needs, and provide resolutions
Document calls thoroughly and accurately
Follow company policies and escalate issues when needed
Deliver clear, professional communication to customers
What We're Looking For :
A positive, energetic attitude and strong work ethic
Clear, confident communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Sharp attention to detail with excellent grammar & spelling
Requirements :
Typing speed of 30 WPM
Internet speed test : 70% minimum
At least 1 year of telephone customer service experience
Must pass a criminal background check, credit check, and fingerprinting
