As a Sr. Transaction Processing Associate III, you will handle various projects that involve researching, analyzing, and updating consumer information across multiple systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently demonstrate a professional attitude toward Conduent employees, consumers, Access Health, DSS, and related activities.
- Accurately process transactions and complete tasks in accordance with procedural guidelines, maintaining a zero-error rate.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity standards for all tasks performed.
- Adhere to quality performance standards as defined in the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), ensuring no errors.
- Deliver exemplary internal and external customer service by consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of procedures and operating systems necessary for the role.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time to meet contract guidelines and deadlines.
