You will oversee insurance programs, manage transactions, update client information, and negotiate coverage terms. Collaborating closely with the account servicing team, you will also address inquiries, maintain data integrity and interpret complex documents.Our future colleague.We\'d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills : 2 years\' experience working with insurance products and employee benefits at an agency or related companyExcellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively service customersBeing a self-starter; a highly organized problem solver with good time management skills to meet deadlinesDetail orientation and handling a wide variety of tasksProficiency with Excel Spreadsheets, Word Documents, and ability to navigate Agency Management SystemsReading andinterpreting complexdocuments,such as insurancepolicies, applicationsand proposals.Ability to work on a fast paced, high-energy team while maintaining a positive attitudeThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply : Life & Health license preferred, or the ability to obtain upon hireBS / BA in Business, Insurance or related fieldWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all these boxes. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
