We re looking for a Senior IT GRC Analyst to support a short-term initiative focused on evaluating internal IT processes and controls. This contract role will involve partnering with various IT teams to review existing practices, assist with documentation efforts, and support ongoing compliance activities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct periodic reviews and assessments to evaluate compliance with internal policies, procedures, and standards.
- Support the documentation and testing of IT controls to ensure effectiveness and alignment with regulatory and audit requirements.
- Coordinate the collection of evidence for internal and external audits.
- Track and monitor remediation efforts related to control deficiencies or audit findings.
- Assist in the preparation of audit reports, findings, and follow-up documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address control gaps and recommend improvements.
- Ensure timely resolution of compliance issues and maintain detailed documentation throughout.
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or IT Audit.
- Strong understanding of IT General Controls (ITGC) frameworks.
- Experience working with cross-functional IT teams to assess and document controls.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, or COBIT.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
