Our client is a prominent Global leader dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences with over 1,000 subsidiaries and affiliated brands. With a commitment to innovation and personalized service, they are seeking a Data Mapping Analyst to join their team immediately.
The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated professional, well-organized, and capable of working cross-functionally on complex matters across different time zones. On a daily basis, the individual will engage with business and IT leaders to reassess, update, and modify existing data maps and privacy impact assessments. They will also evaluate these assessments to ensure responses align with regulatory standards and organizational policies. A background in privacy is preferred.
This role offers a hybrid work schedule with 2-3 days onsite!
Position Summary:
Utilize One Trust’s Data Mapping module to support ongoing data mapping initiatives.
Log and process guest data and IT assessments in OneTrust.
Work with the OneTrust system to refresh privacy assessments.
Reach out to activity and asset owners for updates, ensuring the accuracy of the data.
Use the PIA & DPIA Automation module within OneTrust.
Conduct a comprehensive review process, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
Document any changes related to new tools, systems, or processes.
Minimum Experience:
- 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
