We are looking for multiple IT Implementation Engineers in the greater Chicagoland area. These roles involve working in a fast-paced IT environment to provide technical troubleshooting to end users across the business including c-level executives.
Skills Needed:
- Hardware and software installation and troubleshooting
- Printer connectivity issues
- IT asset management
- O365 technical troubleshooting
- Ticketing system and tracking
