We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning And Development Specialist to help deliver industry-leading onboarding and training programs. In this role, you’ll work closely with their relations teams, contributing to their mission of being a top-tier hospitality company. This is a remote contract position with a flexible work schedule!
Responsibilities:
- Organize and deliver virtual and in-person learning sessions, handling communications, tracking participation, and providing logistical support.
- Coordinate support for various learning and development initiatives, ensuring smooth operations through effective communication, system management, event logistics, and content updates.
- Review and audit learning sessions to ensure all prerequisites are met and attendance is accurately recorded in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Manage schedules, class adjustments, and maintain accurate records within the LMS for learning programs.
- Analyze feedback and compile satisfaction survey results to enhance learning program effectiveness.
- Handle email communications related to learning programs, including participant notifications, pre-work assignments, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with teams to streamline communication and improve program-related correspondence efficiency.
- Support the creation, analysis, and reporting of knowledge assessments and program evaluations to track learning outcomes.
- Manage data collection and updates for assessments, ensuring accuracy and relevance for reporting.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field, including some administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms).
- Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent multitasking and attention to detail.
- Background in event coordination or management of learning programs.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
