Our client is a prominent Global leader dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences with over 1,000 subsidiaries and affiliated brands. With a commitment to innovation and personalized service, they are seeking a PMS Deployment Coordinator to join their team immediately.
We are seeking a PMS Deployment Coordinator to join our client's Global Property Management team, responsible for deploying and onboarding Oracle’s Opera Cloud PMS system to hotels worldwide. The PMS Deployment Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting global hotels and regional/corporate teams during the complete migration from Opera v5.6 to Opera Cloud. This position will primarily focus on planning, prioritization, tracking, and other tactical activities associated with assigned groups of hotels.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate implementation checklists and processes to assist and guide hotels through pre-, mid-, and post-implementation phases during their assigned deployment wave.
- Organize webinars, training sessions, and touch-base calls, including participant registration, follow-up, guidance, and generating completion reports.
- Monitor the overall project progress of each deployment wave, identifying risks or issues, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Manage and organize shared communication channels, providing efficient and accurate replies or assigning appropriate deployment or support leads as required.
- Collaborate and coordinate efforts between internal and external teams, including deployment leads, adoption leads, technical teams, and third-party vendors by executing plans, meeting deadlines, coordinating timelines, and working under tight time constraints.
- Support effective change management processes.
- Develop and deliver training materials, implementation processes, checklists, and presentations.
- Be flexible with working hours to accommodate the project's global scope.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dynamic team environment.
- Experience in implementing large-scale technology systems.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and planning skills are essential.
- Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize conflicting demands and responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet.
- Demonstrates a commitment to core values.
