Position Summary:
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure software quality.
- Develop and implement quality assurance measures and testing standards for new development and enhancements.
- Communicate test progress, results, and application quality updates.
- Analyze test outcomes to identify and report defects.
- Collaborate with business teams to plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Conduct testing on front-end and back-end applications, as well as web services.
- Evaluate and test Content Management System (CMS) features.
- Demonstrate knowledge in debugging defects.
- Work closely with Product, QA Automation, and Development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Manage multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesize results effectively.
- Continuously identify and implement new tools, processes, and approaches to enhance the overall testing strategy.
Minimum Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, API testing, and web application testing.
- Experience in Agile environments.
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems such as AEM and Drupal.
- Proficiency in responsive testing methodologies.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, continuous integration, and deployment tools like Jenkins and Rundeck.
