Senior Information Technology Project Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise multi-million dollar initiatives focused on customer-facing, network-connected digital products. The PM will spearhead project roll out plans, manage stakeholder expectations, third party vendor integration project plans, sequencing of product deployment projects, helping improve cross-selling opportunities and data intelligence for end clients.

This Sr. IT Project Manager is a highly visible customer facing resource with a solution focused mentality. Strong project documentation and data reporting experience is a must!

This role is instrumental in driving initiatives forward, keeping project priorities aligned, and managing multi-phase deployments reporting directly into an Infrastructure Director with Digital Product focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate current and incoming infrastructure and application related projects within digital product sector, propose solutions for more streamlined process, evaluating risk, tracking and managing priorities.
• Manage projects related to installation of software enabled systems used for collecting data across thousands of connected end points.
• Manage infrastructure and application projects for Wi-Fi enabled blue tooth connected devices.
• Maintain focus on high-priority tasks, ensuring lower priority items remain in the backlog until ready.
• Heavy focus on customer-facing technical projects and ensuring correct sequencing and successful execution.
• Manage front-end planning, including integration of customer-facing technologies.
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure leadership, 3rd party vendors, customers, and integration partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product deployment timelines and dependencies.
• Ensure that all customer product rollouts follow the correct implementation sequence and gating processes.

Required Qualifications:

• 8 years of IT Project Management experience, preferably in a customer-facing product environment.
• Strong experience with modern infrastructure projects i.e.. WiFi connectivity, network protocols (LORA, Bluetooth), and data integration.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendors, both remotely and locally.
• Strong experience managing several projects at once, effectively tracking prpogres and reporting progress to senior leadership and stakeholders (including graphs, charts, and visuals via Power BI).
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI, JIRA or Confluence.
• Experience with deployment management, particularly in healthcare, hospitality, food service, or industrial sectors.
• Must have the ability to travel to Naperville, IL on as needed basis for leadership and project kick off meetings.
• Familiarity with secure network integration projects highly valued
• Experience retrofitting IoT systems HIGHLY valued but not required.
• Certifications highly valued
