MMD Services is a thriving Woman-Owned Technical Recruitment Company nearing our 20th year. MMD Services is renowned for its expertise in delivering top-notch staffing solutions to mid-sized and enterprise organizations in various industries ranging from financial services, retail, insurance, and healthcare to logistics, manufacturing, consumer goods, and fintech.
Our services include Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Direct Placement options for a wide range of roles within the Technical and Finance domains. MMD’s business model is focused on developing and cultivating long-term relationships.
We are not a standard recruitment agency because we allow for role ownership, offer base commission bonus potential, we don't push full-desk recruiting (we have more than enough closable roles), we don't push VMS openings, and we have long-standing relationships with most hiring managers and companies we partner with.
While we value all technical recruiting experience, an ideal candidate will have experience working in an agency recruitment setting with sharp attention to detail and high candidate screening quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Recruitment Manager and Sales reps to develop and execute recruitment plan of action including deliverables, tracking progress milestones, meeting financial objectives, emphasis on quick ramp up for quick earning potential. (commissions start day 1)
- Spearhead client calls discussing open requisitions and add value to the recruitment process, including but not limited to: job description creation, hiring manager point of contact introductions, taking initiative on exclusive openings.
- Partner with leadership, sales, and clients to understand hiring objectives and strategize on successful candidate recruitment.
- Source and screen qualified technical candidates – determining strengths, discussing career history, and career trajectory.
- Salary negotiation with clients and candidates.
- Utilize internal database for sourcing as well as activity tracking.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, various job boards, sponsored job postings, and enhanced contact platforms.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical recruiting and talent acquisition
- Confidence in collaboration and ability to voice opinions and offer suggestions to improve process.
- Emphasis on low submittal to high placement ratio, success based on placement not activity.
- Driven, resilient, strategic recruiter with the ability to take direction.
- Ability to own recruitment process, interface with hiring managers, drive conversations with qualified candidates, negotiate salaries as needed.
- Recruiters who are financially motivated and determined to build relationships to continue a career in staffing, recruitment leadership, or sales.
- Ability to persevere during market shifts, remaining flexible and adaptable to changes.
- Team players with the motivation to meet and exceed personal and company goals.
- Emotionally intelligent, business-savvy professionals with the ability to collaborate with leadership and fellow recruiters on recruitment strategy, celebrating individual and team goals.

Salary : $55,000 - $80,000
