What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Operations/Office Manager position at MMEink?
We are industry leading event and hospitality agency. As the business continues to grow and reach new levels of success, our venues and hospitality operations are in need of a director of operations/office manager capable of overseeing all major operations of the company and day to day life in the office. We're seeking a qualified candidate with knowledge of the event and hospitality industry.
You'll be responsible for managing all logistics of the company team. The day-to-day is fast paced with plenty of room for problem-solving. The nature of our growth position requires the ability to oversee direct reports as well as be directly responsible for client experience in seamless transition.
What you will do:
- Grow and manage team while consistently working to achieve company overview goals
- Build onsite specialist strategy and define client/venue experience
- Collaborate with business leaders in other company to ensure client overview experience
- Create internal client-specific training resources and standard operating procedures to ensure a consistent and elevated experience for our clients
- Build and develop business operations company plan
Qualifications for Success:
- Inspirational leader with 3 years of experience leading managers and individual contributors
- Experience in B2B in events, catering and venue management, enterprise client experience highly preferred
- Ability to effectively hire, manage, and schedule a talented team of part time and full times employees to achieve autonomy
- Extreme organization and attention to detail and commitment to follow through
- Effective communication and cross-collaboration skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft programs, quickbooks, excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,200.00 per week
