At MMG Executives we are a Events Direct Marketing Agency. Working with various clients like Government Lifeline Wireless Programs, ACA Free Healthcare, Wifi Campaigns with top major brands. We Specialize in marketing and sales nationally and locally events based on the front end. On the backend we help these clients expand and grow city to city. Currently we are looking for candidates within the St. Louis.
For this particular role we are providing growth opportunities with our top tier Government Lifeline programs like Standup wireless, Gen Mobile, and Assurance Wireless. The Lifeline program allow qualified customers a chance to have a free wireless service, and device based on their Government Benefits like Medicaid, Food stamps, Social security income, Public housing qualifications, or just by income qualifications as well. This allow any consumers a chance to have free wireless service and device for emergency purposes, 911 purposes, Job hunting, or just a device to keep families connected.
As an Outreach Agent we are look for someone that will be be able to staff and run all our events throughout the St. Louis area Events as food banks, shelters, recreation center, recovery centers, outdoor and indoor Mall events, Veterans Facilities events, Job and family services events, Benefits and Government buildings events, St. Louis court house events, Library events, retail and dollar store locations events, popup tent events heavy foot traffic areas.
Having Market and sales experience is a plus but not necessary. We provide training and development for entry level as well.
We are looking for someone to also manage customer orders and enrollments. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, device activations and escalate complaints across a number of events throughout a full week schedule.
If someone is consistent we do take time to invest in our people long term with Growth opportunities as Leadership, and campaign management trainee roles. Also moving up will provide more income and cool responsibilities.
To do well in this role you need to have experience, or be open to working with customers in a front-facing role or willing to learn. Which we provide free training 1 on 1 and team setting in order to develop and train. Also we will assign Leaders and Managers to train and develop hand walking our top tier candidates though process.
Lifeline Agent Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times at your events.
- Need to be Educated on Lifeline Benefits and the USAC Program.
- Understand basic Gov benefits and income documents required for the program.
- Enrolling new customers though CRM tools and programs.
- Communicating with customers at various Events throughout St. Louis.
- Knowing our client's products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, device activations and requests.
- Great student mentally, work ethic, Great attitude.
- Able to work within a team environment and by yourself.
- Being able to create fun Environment within your work events.
Lifeline Agent Requirements:
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable working in a front-facing environment
- Experience working with customer support.
- 18 years and older plus possess a unexpired Drivers License/State ID
- Up to date Mobile Device or Tablet with data for processing orders.
