Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Evaluates physical damage estimates and negotiates and settles auto property damage claims
🔹 Interviews claimants or insured, witnesses and police, to determine extent of company’s liability
🔹 Investigates claims by obtaining statements and collecting reports
🔹 Develops and maintains positive relationships with independent adjusting firms, agents, independent attorneys and other similar firms
🔹 Provide exceptional customer service and support
Qualifications:
🔸 Proven experience in settling automobile property damage claims
🔸 Strong investigative and decision-making skills
🔸 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
