Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain repair, appraisal, and re-inspection guidelines and workflow.
- Provide expert advice on repair guidelines and workflow.
- Manage and maintain a productive and effective workload schedule.
- Cross-train auto repair shops, independent appraisal firms, and outside staff appraisers on repair and appraisal guidelines.
- Negotiate repair costs with shops in and out of the Company's network.
- Determine which appraisals, re-inspections, and closed file audits are necessary.
