Client Service Associate Duties/Responsibilities:
- Engaging directly with potential customers, presenting product details, and addressing inquiries to build trust and foster relationships
- Presenting and promoting client products and services with expertise, skillfully applying product knowledge, and overturning objections to close sales successfully
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive experience, and maintaining the company’s reputation for exceptional service
- Tracking and analyzing daily customer interactions and sales activities, using insights to refine sales strategies, improve performance, and drive measurable growth
- Contributing to team development by coaching and mentoring colleagues in sales techniques, product expertise, campaign updates, and personal growth initiatives
- Collaborating with the Client Service Associate team, offering feedback on customer engagement, identifying opportunities for team improvements, addressing client expectations, and setting actionable goals
Client Service Associate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, outreach, sales, hospitality, or any client-facing role
- Driven self-starter with strong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Optimistic and solutions-oriented mindset, able to tackle challenges with a positive outlook and a problem-solving approach
- Eager to learn and receptive to feedback, consistently striving for growth through constructive input from the management team
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team, contributing value while pursuing opportunities for career advancement within the Client Service Associate team
