We have an immediate opening for a Sr. Agency Producer in our Overland Park, KS office. The Sr. Agency Producer will guide video and photography projects from beginning to end by estimating and organizing a broad spectrum of productions for various client projects. The candidate will work with the creative, new business, public relations and account teams to fully understand the concept and every detail related to the shoots he or she manages. Required to maintain a flexible work schedule in order to accommodate evening and weekend shifts and travel to on-site locations for shoots.
Duties & Responsibilities
Sr. Agency Producer will also be responsible for overseeing the Producers department as it pertains to production quality and efficiency across his or her direct reports. This candidate will be responsible for hiring experienced mid to lower level producers who can fulfill the production needs set forth by the company. This candidate will be responsible for making recommendations to the Director of Video Production for national and international vendor pool, incremental hires within their department, and process recommendations.
- Work with Client Lead for initial download and fact-finding for medium and large-scale projects.
- Determine initial scope and cost estimate.
- Input creative team on project details.
- Lead scheduling, communication of teams, and facilitation of conceptual and presentation phases.
- Manage costs, timing, and production details within scope.
- Confirm schedule, location, talent, equipment rentals, delivery, and travel when applicable.
- Conduct pre-production meeting with team and client.
- Participate in large-scale shoots as necessary.
- Facilitate delivery of finished products to client and implementation teams.
- Hire candidates and manage the production department for the company.
- Work with Line Producer and other vendors to facilitate completion of production.
